Installation of one of the SALSA sites

We are currently recruiting a postdoctoral research fellow for a 4.5 year fixed-term position at Victoria University of Wellington, Te Herenga Waka. The formal advert for this role, and details on the application process, can be found here. Applications close on the 22nd of November 2022.

This position will assist in current research projects, including those listed on this site, as well as providing lots of opportunities for exploration of new topics, or topics that the successful applicant is otherwise interested in. This role will also take part in, and develop leadership in fieldwork in remote environments to collect data from the networks our group operates around New Zealand.

I do not currently have any funded PhD project opportunities, however we are always looking for more students interested in earthquake science using geophysical methods to join our research group. How to Apply

We invite applications for PhD and MSc projects from students with a relevent qualification at either MSc level for PhD application, or BSc level for MSc project. Students should hold these qualifications or will obtain this qualification before commencing their study in a relevant topic, which may include geophysics, earth sciences, geology or data science.
